What are the differences between Sonder and Mirage?

LA TRINH atelier operates through two distinct lines: • Sonder: Elevated ready-to-wear designed for everyday life, carrying the emotional language of the house. • Mirage: Our couture line. A space for experimentation, symbolism, and artisanal construction, featuring limited and carefully finished pieces.

We have made-to-order services. Availability varies depending on the specific collection and the nature of the garment. The Mirage line may allow for custom sizing or minor adjustments. For special requests, we invite you to contact the atelier directly.

Garments from LA TRINH atelier are created through a delicate balance of fabric, structure, and hand-finished detail. To preserve its quality, please observe the following: • Cleaning: Professional dry clean is recommended. Avoid machine washing, excessive heat, or harsh chemicals, which may alter the texture and structure of the piece. • Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment. Garment bag is recommended. Avoid hanging heavy and/or fragile garments that may lose their original form over time.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and unboxing video. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping fees from the Online Shop

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer complimentary standard shipping for qualifying orders (threshold varies by region)?

• Vietnam: 2-5 business days. • European Union: 7-10 business days. • Rest of the world: 7-14 days. *Note: made-to-order and Mirage pieces take 2 weeks in production before shipment.

Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our garments, made-to-order and Mirage pieces are generally non-returnable. Returns are possible for selected Sonder items due to our return conditions.
